New Patients

All new patients are asked to complete the membership enrollment prior to scheduling their first visit. Please read through the website including the pricing page and primary care page prior to enrolling. We do not bill private insurance or any government insurance, ever.

Note: Our billing is routinely completed through electronic check (ACH). Health Savings Account (HSA), credit cards, and debit cards are also accepted.

Current Patients

Self-schedule online through our patient portal.

For same-day appointments or appointments within 24 hours, please call the clinic.

For simple blood draws or flu shots please choose a regular office visit.

Note: Zoom / Facetime options are both available if that is your preference.
